A Resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, to enter into a grant agreement with the Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors (RPA) on behalf of its sponsored project, the "Mayors Migration Council" (MMC) represented by its Co-CEO and President Walter Street, for the release, receipt, and utilization of the three hundred thousand United States Dollar (USD300,000.00) grant from the Global Cities Fund (GCF) of the MMC, a sponsored project by the RPA, to cover all operational expenses, overhead costs, and other related expenditures necessary to the full implementation of the QC-Cares Program, subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations
