A resolution strongly urging all the the local sanggunian in the country to support Senate Bill 2398 principally authored by Senator Ramon Revilla scrapping the Preparatory Recall Assembly (PRA) as a mode of replacing elected local government officials as provided under Section 70, Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Code Government Code of 1991.
