A Resolution authorizing the Issuance of a Certificate of Exception to Hard Discount Philippines, Inc., as represented by Adeline Hong Co married to Mark Reyson Dy Co, for the construction and operation of a proposed one (1)-Storey Commercial Building (Dali Everyday Grocery), covering a total floor area of two hundred seventy-seven and 28/100 square meters (277.28 sqm.) and located at Lots 1-A, 1-B-C, 1-D, 1-E, 1-F and 1-G, Block 4, Cirillo Street corner De Leon Street, Barangay Holy Spirit, District II, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016
