Abstract

An Ordinance approving the Subdivision plan of Kaseco Homeownrs Association, Inc. (Phase-IV) with Eighteen (18) Saleable Lots under Community Mortgage Program (CMP) located at Lot 2, Block 8; No. 15 Kasiyahan Street Barangay Holy Spirit, Quezon City, registered in the name of Paterno Buensuceso, married to Aurora Cruz and covered by transfer certificate of title numbered RT-89489 (130606) of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, containing an area of Six Hundred Eleven (611) Square Meters, as applied for and represented by its HOA President, Josephine P. Lomboy, with office address at the same project location, in compliance with minimum requirements of implementing standards, rules and regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.
