Abstract

An ordinance amending the current budget and plantilla of personnel under the engineering department so as to change the designation of one architect-draftsman to architect-planner under item no. 348, with increase in salary from P2,820 to P3,720 per annum, effective January 1, 1955, the appropriation necessary to be charged to salary savings under the office of the City Engineer.
