An ordinance authorizing civilian government employee-residents of Quezon City affected during the torrential southwest monsoon rainfall last 06-10 August 2012 to apply for calamity loan with the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), Home Development Mutual Fund (PAG IBIG), and other credit access agencies subject to certain requirements and for other purposes.
