Ordinance No. 911, S-2000

Abstract

An ordinance declaring Quezon City in a state of calamity and authorizing the honorable Ismael A. Matahay, IR., City mayor to take such emergency measures during fires and those that may be necessary to control and/or outbreaks of epidemics of respiratory, dengue and other diseases by updating garbage collection, promoting sanitation and proper disposal of wastes including the grant of financial assistance at two thousand pesos (P2,000) each per family of calamity victims chargeable against the calamity fund.
