Abstract

A resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, to acquire through negotiated sale and to execute a Deed of Absolute Sale for the purchase of a parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 51434 registered under the name of Gampac Corporation with an area of 10,355 square meters, more or less, located at Holy Family Street, Area A, Barangay Payatas, District II, Quezon City, intended for the development of a socialized housing project for the benefit of the Quezon City's Informal Settler Families (ISFs).
