Abstract

An ordinance approving to the subdivision plan of a residential housing project (BP Blg. 220) with 91-lots, community mortgage program, containing an area of three thousand six hundred (3,600) square meters, covered by transfer certificate of title numbered RT-28619 of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of Marcela D. Garcia, and located at lots 3 and 4, block 26, PCS-2874, tarnate street, area B, Talanay, Barangay Batasan Hills, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by Tinig at lakas ng naninirahan sa talanay homeowners association, Inc., represented by Mr. elenito Dela Cruz, Subject to the conditions prescribed in Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
