CITY LIBRARIAN RECEIVES PFPA PROFESSIONAL EXCELLENCE AWARD

Abstract

Last February 29, 2020, the Philippine Federation of Professional Association (PFPA) held their 7th Professional Excellence Award at the Bahay ng Alumni, University of the Philippines, Q.C. wherein our City Librarian, Ms. Emelita L. Villanueva, was among the twenty-four (24) Professional Distinction Awardees.
