Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan with twenty (20) lots socialized housing project under the Community Mortgage Program of a parcel of land containing an area of five hundred ninety eight (598) square meters gross project area covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. N-313212 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of Kapalaran-Todiño Homeowners Association, Inc., located at lot 15, block 1. (LRC) PSD-4786, numbered 412 Kapalaran Street, Barangay Holy Spirit, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the Kapalaran-Todiño Homeowners Association, Inc., represented by its President, Ms. Elma P. Salas, as a variance pursuant to Section 9, Rule III of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.
