Abstract

Inspiring and equipping parents to raise healthy and balanced children who will make a positive impact in the world continues to remain as an advocacy of the Quezon City Public Library (QCPL). That’s why parenting seminar is a continuing activity of the city’s library under the leadership of City Librarian Ms. Emelita L. Villanueva, who wanted to reach out to barangays to disseminate the value and importance of responsible parenthood.
