Abstract

A resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Exception to Jerry V. Uy and Jessalyn Uy for the construction and operation of a Proposed 1-Storey Warehouse with Commercial Spaces, 2-Storey Events Place with Commercial Spaces and Ground Floor Parking, and 1-Storey Commercial Building (Function Room) with Swimming Pool located at Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 1, (No. 6) King Alexander Street, Barangay Bagbag, District V, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Quezon City Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
