A Resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, to open 2 depository accounts (QCHD General Fund and QCHD Trust Fund) on behalf of the Quezon City Health Department (QCHD), at the Land Bank of the Philippines - Quezon City Hall Branch for the purpose of receiving Philhealth reimbursements and/or collections for hospital claims through the Auto Credit Payment Notices (ACPN) and/or receiving payments from services rendered to patients through the Department of Social Welfare and Development - Issued Guarantee Letter (DSWD-GL)
