A resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Exception as to Land Use, Parking Requirements and Setback to Rudolf Lindsey Chua for As Built 2-Storey Industrial Warehouse with Office and Mezzanine located at Lot 13, Block 60. (No. 22) E. Porto Street (Kentucky Street), Barangay Del Monte, District I, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Quezon City Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
