Abstract

An ordinance approving the Subdivision Plan of a Socialized Residential Housing Project (Model E-BP 220) with forty-eight (48) Lots, Community Mortgage Program, containing an area of one thousand seven hundred twelve (1,712) square meters, covered by transfer certificate of title numbered 285396 of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, registered under the name of Juan M. Flavier and Alma Susana A. Flavier, located at Lot 7-B, (LRC) PSD-304427, Sitio 1, Kaliwa, Ibaba, Dolor Estate, Barangay Batasan Hills, District II, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by senator J.M. Flavier Homeowners Association, Inc., (Flavier Property), represented by its President, Mr. Divino G. Dilag, subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
