Abstract

An Ordinance prohibiting the parking of any ten (10) wheeler truck , trailer truck, cargo truck , and other similar motor vehicles in any public road , street , sidewalk , thoroughfare or any portion thereof , in whole or in part , at any time during the day or night , except for purposes or loading and unloading and providing penalties for violation thereof.
