Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Tandang Sora Shrine Homeowners, Association, Inc. with fifty one (51) lots, Community Mortgage Program (CMP), located at lot 1115-B-1, PSD-57085, Banlat Road, Barangay Tandang Sora, Quezon City, Metro Manila registered in the name of Hillman Realty Development Corporation as represented by its President Ruben C. Reyes covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered N-234991 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City containing an area of one thousand nine hundred six (1,906) square meters, as applied for by its HOA President. Marietta B. Esperat with office address at the same project location in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, and Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.
