Abstract

An ordinance amending the current budget and plantilla of personnel under the Quezon City Public Library so as to increase the salary of the City Librarian and superintendent of Quezon City Libraries from P2,760 to P3,600 per annum effective January 1, 1955 chargeable against salary savings of the same office.
