A resolution expressing the sincerest congratulations of the Quezon City Government headed by the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, the City Vice Mayor, Honorable Gian G. Sotto, and the Honorable Members of the 22nd City Council to former Quezon City Councilor, Honorable Edcel Greco Alexandre "Grex" Burce Lagman Jr. for being the new Governor of the Province of Albay.
