A Resolution expressing the sincerest congratulations and commendation of the Quezon City Government, through the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, the City Vice Mayor, Honorable Gian G. Sotto, and the Honorable Members of the 23rd Quezon City Council to the Buddhist Tzu Chi Medical Foundation Philippines Inc. for its unconditional and exceptional eye surgical services that restored the sight and hope of numerous indigent patients and for the selfless examples of its medical and non-medical volunteers that inspired the kindness and the Bayanihan Spirit of Quezon City residents
