Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Montgomery Place, Phases 2, 3, and 4 (249 Lots with 2 and 3-storey townhouse Units), containing an area of forty two thousand one hundred fifty-six (42,156) square meters, covered by transfer certificate of title numbered N-220422 of registry deeds of Quezon City, owned by Ayala Land, Inc., and Located at Block 16, PCS-00-009555, E. Rodriguez Avenue, Barangay Kalusugan, Quezon City, Metro Manila, and applied for by the owner, subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and PD 957.
