dc.description.abstractAn ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a Proposed Villa-Hermano IV Subdivision with two hundred three (203) lots located at lot 537-A, FLS-2724-D and lot 537-B-2, LRC PSD-1946, Panganiban corner Diego Silang Streets, Barangay Sta. Lucia, Quezon City, Metro Manila, registered in the name of Diansapabe & Son's Inc. covered by Transfer Certificates of Title Numbered 62920 and 62924 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, containing an aggregate area of eighteen thousand seven hundred nine (18,709.00) square meters as applied for by Con-Tech Properties, Inc. represented by its President and General Manager, Maryjane P. Villarosa with office address at BLK.1, lot 50, phase 7, Sacred Heart Village, Novaliches, Caloocan City, in compliance with the minimum requirements of Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Presidential Decree No. 957, otherwise known as the Subdivision and Condominium Buyers Protective Decree.
