Abstract

A resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, to execute Contracts to Sell/Agreements and Deeds of Absolute Sale with the qualified beneficiaries of the City's Socialized Housing Program under the Direct Sale Program for 247 parcels of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Nos. 004-2023007035 to 004-2023007281 registered under the name of the Quezon City Government, with an aggregate area of 12,167 square meters, more or less, located in Villa Beatriz, Area A, Barangay Payatas, District II, Quezon City, for and in behalf of the Local Government of Quezon City.
