Abstract

A Resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, to accept, receive, and utilize a financial grant from Rockefeller Philanthrophy Advisors (RPA) on behalf of its sponsored project, the Mayors, Migration Council - Global Cities Fund (MMC-GCF), through its authorized representative, in the amount of Three Hundred Thousand United States Dollars (USD300,000.00), to be deposited in a Trust Fund pursuant to Section 309(b) of the Local Government Code of 1991, and to thereby cover all operational expenses, overhead costs, and other related expenditures necessary to the full implementation of the QC-Cares Program, subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations
