Abstract

A resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, to acquire through a negotiated sale and to execute a Deed of Absolute Sale for the purchase of a parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. RT-92710 (241814) registered under the name of Florey Z. Littaua, with an area of 644 square meters, more or less, located at Virginia Street, Joan of Arc, Barangay Gulod, Novaliches, District V, Quezon City, intended for the development of a socialized housing project for the benefit of Quezon City's Informal Settler Families (ISFs).
