A Resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificаtе of Exception for land use and parking requirements to Donut 168 Ads, Inc., as represented by Darwin G. Chan, for the proposed two (2)-Storey Commercial Building located at Lot 3, PCS-13-003398, (No. 152) Sauyo Road, Barangay Sauyo, District VI, Quezon City, allowing deviation from thе restrictions provided under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-2502, s-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
