Belmonte, to acquire through negotiated sale and to execute a Deed of Absolute Sale for the purchase of a parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 004-204004899, registered under the name of the Philippine Foundation for Cultural and Educational Development, Inc., with an area of Two Hundred Thirty Seven (237) square meters, more or less, located at Dona Pacita Street, Villa Beatriz, Barangay Matandang Balara, District III, Quezon City, intended for the Development of a Socialized Quezon City, intended for the development of a Socialized Housing Project for the benefit of Quezon City"s Informal Settler Families (ISFs)
