Approving the Revised Zoning Map reorganizing and reclassifying the territory of Quezon City into a more functional and more suitable zoning pattern for the public health, safety, convenience, comfort, prosperity, and general welfare of the people in accordance with the Revised Zoning Ordinance No. 5455, S-63.
