Abstract

An Ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Sipag Ville Phase1 Homeowners Association, Inc., with one hundred thirty nine (139) lots Community Mortgage Program registered in the name of Felicitas S. Silayan married to Florentino Silayan covered by transfer certificate of titled numbered N-194164 of project gross area of four thousand seven hundred twenty two (4,722) square meters and located at lot 797-B-1-D, PSD-20434, Purok 3, Luzon Avenue, Barangay Culiat, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied by for its President, Ms. Latin A. Gloria, with office address at the same project location, as variance pursuant to Section 9, Rule III of the implementing standards, rules and regulations of Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.
