Nuestro for the proposed one hundred twenty-six (126) Units/Seven (7)-Storey Residential Building with ground floor parking located at Lot 14-A, Block 2, (No. 14) Sobrepena (La Trinidad) Street, Barangay Damayang Lagi, District 1V, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016
