Licup, for As-Built: One (1)-Storey Manufacturing Plant (Comestic Products) and One (1)-Storey Warehouse Building located at Lot 432-D-2-A-2-A, (No. 48) Magsaysay Avenue, Doña Faustina Subdivision, Barangay San Bartolome, District V, Quezon City, allowing Deviation from the Restrictions provided under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Quezon City Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
