Abstract

An ordinance approving the Subdivision Plan of a two (2) storey Socialized Housing Project with (9) units, containing an area of three hundred fifty (350) square meters covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. N-197832 of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of Marjorie B. Cadimas and located at Lot 162-B-2-B, (LRC) PSD-12073, No. 42 Llano Road, Barangay Sangandaan, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the VRNR Realty and Development Corporation with office address at 97-D Cenacle Drive, Sanville Subdivision, Tandang Sora, Quezon City, Metro Manila, subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S93 and Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.
