Abstract
An ordinance approving the alteration of a subdivision plan of the United Senate Employees Homeowners Association, Inc. from two hundred ninety eight (298) to one hundred eighty one (181) saleable lots (Direct Sale Program of Pag-ibig/Home Development Mutual Funds), registered in the name of Philippine National Bank embraced in TCT No. N-195521 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, containing an area of seventeen thousand eight hundred twenty nine (17,829.00) square meters, located at lot 877-B, FLS-17755-D, Himalayan Road, Barangay Pason Tamo, Quezon City.
