Last September 16-
17, 2011, the Quezon City
Public Library staff had a
two (2) day library tour at
the Northern part of the
Philippines, Lingayen, Dagupan and Alaminos, in Pangasinan. The QCPL staff
was led by the City Librarian
Ms. Emelita Villanueva and
Cynthia Tolado her assistant.
