Abstract

A resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Exception as to Land Use, Parking Requirements and Setback to Medhaus Pharma Inc., as represented by Gaudencio M. Aquino Jr., for As Built: 4-Storey Commercial Building Extension with Loft and Roof Deck located at Lot 20, Block K-20, (No. 139) K-1st Street, Barangay Kamuning, District III, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Quezon City Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
