Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a Socialized Housing Project (BP Blg. 220) with twenty (20) lots; Community Mortgage Program, containing an area of seven hundred thirty eight square meters (738 SQ.M.), covered by transfer certificate of title numbered RT-98548 (130848) of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, located at lot 5, Block 31, (LRC) PSD-9707, Bougainvilla Street, Maligaya Park, Barangay Pasong Putik Proper, Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila, and applied for by the Kamama Homeowners Association, Inc. (Dacanay Property), subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa BLG. 220.
