Inc., as represented by Spouses Brian Benedict A. Mata and Elizabet Doris M. Mata, for as-built: two (2)-Storey Industrial Building located at Lot 9, Block 24, Ilang-Ilang Street, Barangay Pasong Putik Proper, District V, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016
