Abstract

A resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, to enter into and sign a Memorandum of Agreement between the Quezon City University (QCU), and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and the Unified Student Financial Assistance System for Tertiary Education (UniFAST) for the implementation of the Free Higher Education (FHE), Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) and Student Loan Program (SLP) in State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) and CHED-recognized Local Universities and Colleges (LUCs), as it involves the expenditure of public funds.
