Abstract
Outdoor activity is one of the ways the QCPL Children’s section do to convince kids to patronize its
services. Doing this needs a lot of effort. So, on September 9, 2016, Mr. Richard Placencia, Mr.
Reygeil Cruz and me, Jairo Valencia, went to one of the QC Barangays which is Brgy. Central in Forestry.
