Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a Socialized Residential Housing Project (BP Blg. 220) with one eighteen (18) lots; Community Mortgage Program, containing an area of six hundred square meters (630 SQ.M.) covered by transfer certificate of title numbered RT-77313 (326101) of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, located at lot 9, Block 30, (LRC) PSD-9707, Bougainvilla Street, Maligaya Park, Barangay Pasong Putik Proper, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by Kamama Homeowners Association, Inc. (Corbilla Property), subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa BLG. 220.
