dc.title.alternativeIn Memorandum Circular No. 14, s. 2018, the Commission through Resolution No. 1800692, s,2018, has issued the 2017 Omnibus Rules on Appointment and Other Human Resource Actions (Revised July 2018) thus, ensure a culture of excellence in the service delivery system. In view thereof, Mr. Ronald L. Tan, the Human Resource Management Department OIC head is hereby authorized to sign documents related to the 2017 Omnibus Rules on Appointments and Other Human Resource Actions (Revised July 2018), requiring the undersigned's signature more specifically on the following: l. Certification of Erases/ Alterations on Appointment processing and issuance; 2. Certification issued by the appointing officer/authority that such appointment is issued in accordance with the limitations provided for under Section 325, RA. No. 7160; 3. Certification issued by the appointing officer/ authority as to when the decision rendered has become final and executory and when the penalty imposed has been served; 4. Requesting publication of vacant positions; and 5. Administering of Oath of Office for QCG employees and other HR/employment related concerns.en_US
