Abstract

A resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, to acquire through a negotiated sale and to execute a Deed of Absolute Sale for the purchase of a parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 004-2022002888 registered under the name of Jovita Lacamento, with an area of 779 square meters, more or less, located at Barangay Sta. Monica, Novaliches, District V, Quezon City, intended for the development of a socialized housing project for the benefit of the Quezon City's Informal Settler Families (ISFs).
