Abstract
Perspective design prepared by Special Design Group of the soon to be
constructed two-storey QCPL building at the QC Memorial Circle. A
never to be forgotten legacy of Mayor Herbert Bautista, Vice Mayor Joy
Belmonte and the City Council that will bring state of the art library infrastructure, facilities and services to the reading public
