Abstract

A resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, to acquire through a negotiated sale and to execute a Deed of Absolute Sale for the purchase of a parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 004-2020003567 registered under the name of Virginia C. Corpuz, married to Juancho Z. Corpuz, with an area of 1,255 square meters, more or less, located at Urbien Street, Barangay Nagkaisang Nayon, Novaliches, District V, Quezon City, intended for the development of a socialized housing project for the benefit of the Quezon City's Informal Settler Families (ISFs).
