Abstract

An ordinance approving the alteration of plans of Progressive Land Homeowners Association, Inc. (Phase I) from two hundred forty (240) lots to two hundred thirty-five (235) lots under BP Blg. 220, located at Lot 121-B-1-B-1-A-2, PSD-00-056002 and Lot 121-B-1-C-1, PSD-51680, Don Julio Gregorio Street, Baranagay Bagbag, Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by its President, Mr. Ramon Jarapa, Pursuant to section 9, rule III of the implementing rules, standards and regulations of Batas Pambansa Blg. 220, as per plans submitted.
