Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of the GSIS socialized housing project (community mortgage program with 104-lots), containing an aggregate area of four thousand five hundred three (4,503) sq. Mts., covered by transfer certificates of title numbered RT-33276, RT-32431 & RT-32433 of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, and located at republic and Tulip Streets, Fairview park subdivision, Barangay Fairview, Quezon City, Metro Manila, owned by the government insurance system, as applied for by the collective project management, Inc. with office address at the 5/F Evekal Bldg., No. 855 Arnaiz avenue, legaspi village, Makati City, Metro Manila, Subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City ordinance no. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
