Belmonte, to enter into a Deed of Donation and Acceptance on behalf of the Quezon City Government, as donor with Philippine Red Cross - Quezon City Chapter, as donee, for the donation of dialysis chairs, trash bins, and various furniture and fixtures, and to effect the Transfer of Ownership thereof to the donee without any cost
