Abstract

A Resolution Authorizing the Issuance of A Certificate of Exception as to land use and parking requirements to ARTRI Holdings, Inc., as represented by Alex B. Reyes III, for a 2-storey commercial building (restaurant) (as built) located at Lot 26, Block 14, Pontic Street corner Chevelle Street, Barangay Fairview, District V, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
