Resolution 2000, Requesting the Honorable Congressman Rodolfo T Biazon chairman of the committee on transportation and communications including the four (4) congressmen of Quezon City to file a bill amending Republic Act No. 4136, as amended otherwise known as the land transportation and traffic code particularly Section 5, Article 1 Chapter II thereof, so as to require motor vehicle owners to present the corresponding barangay certificate obtained from the barangay of their residence to the concerned Land Transportation Office (LTO) to the effect that they have available parking space within the premises of their residence for the motor vehicles sought to be registered by them.
